My husbandand I are resident in China, and together with a visiting relative we are interested in two of your tours during this summer vacation.

We are enquiring re availability of tours reference: CM016 Pingyao Discovery (10 nights), and 002 Cycle Old Yunnan (6 nights). Also you mention a one day hike of the Great Wall, would that be possible to slot in.

We are available from July 30 to August 21. We could stay in Guangx Province a few further days in between the two tours.

OK, many thanks. I have downloaded the Credit Card authorisation form. However, I am paying using a UK£ (Sterling) credit card, but your form only has US$ (Dollars). Can you please clarify...do I calculate the current Exchange Rate into £s, or leave it for the bank to calculate? Also would you slot into the itinerary the alterations to the Great walk, you mention that we walk from Simatai to Jinshanling, sleep on the Wall, then awake for the sunrise, but not that we walk on to Gubeikou Day 4 then on to the Ming Tombs & Spirit Way.
    Thanking you,

    Subject: Adventure Tour

Hi, just visited your web and I am interested in your tours like Great Wall Hiking and maybe the Longsheng & Yangshuo Discovery. I will be travelling with my husband and my 10 years old son. We are foreigners but living in Shanghai for a couple of years. We are looking somewhere to go during the Oct National Day holiday. Do the above tours operate from 1 Oct to 5 Oct 04? Do all the hiking and cycling as mentioned in your itinerary suitable for my son? He cannot cycle very well. Are the prices as stated still valid for OCt travelling? As we are in China for only half a year and we have not been to other parts besides Shanghai and Hangzhou. You may wish to recommend us for travelling. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.

    Dear Miss Cynthia Ang,

Thank you for your email. May I introduce myself first. My name is Billy Zeng, the event manager of Sinoway Travel, which is a travel agent specializing on China Inbound Travel Business. Our business focus on culture programs and adventure tours.
The hiking and cycling tour is operating during National Day Holidays, and it is OK for 10 years old kid. Because the hotel accommodation, transportation will be expensive than normal days, and it is also not so easy to find so many qualified English speaking tour guide, I have to calculate and fix everything......

I have made an itineray and quotation for you. If you need to make any amendment, please be free to do so.
